Ingredients
- 1 avocado pitted and peeled
- 1 cup basil leaves
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- lemon juice squeezed from one lemon half
- pepper to taste

Instructions
- Combine avocado, basil, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, and a dash of pepper in a food processor.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add to your favorite sandwich, pasta, burger - any dish that needs a little pesto power - and enjoy!
