Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Pesto homemade or pre-made
- 1 Tbsp Parmesan cheese shredded
- 3 slices Roma tomatoes
- 1 Pita pocket

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Place a pita pocket on a sheet pan. Spread pesto over top of pita pocket, leaving about a half-inch around the edges.
- Top pesto with tomato slices and Parmesan cheese.
- Place sheet pan in oven for 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Let cool and enjoy!
