  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Place a pita pocket on a sheet pan. Spread pesto over top of pita pocket, leaving about a half-inch around the edges.
  3. Top pesto with tomato slices and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Place sheet pan in oven for 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Let cool and enjoy!
