- 1 cup Wild blueberries frozen
- 1 medium Banana frozen
- 1 cup Greek yogurt, plain
- 1 cup Pineapple chunks
- 1/4 cup Pineapple juice
- 1/2 can Coconut milk canned
- 1/2 cup Kale
