  1. In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients. Blend together for approximately 40-50 seconds, or until hummus mixture is smooth.
  2. Serve with your favorite dippers. Pita chips, pretzels, carrots, and peppers are just a few of my family's favorites.

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, toss butternut squash with oil, garlic, salt and pepper.
  3. Transfer squash to a roasting pan or baking dish and roast until squash is tender and lightly browned, about 30-40 minutes.
  4. Top with sunflower seeds, cherries and mint.
